"Grand Theft Auto" and all related terms and logos are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. Other official images and content are copyright Take-Two Interactive or Rockstar Games. GTA6wave is not affiliated with these companies and only uses this content in good faith.

All other content is copyright GTA6wave unless otherwise noted. Non-commercial use is permitted as long as you do not misrepresent the source of the content, use significant amounts of content without attribution, or otherwise create a false impression. Commercial use, including AI training, is only permitted if it is designed solely to index and drive traffic to GTA6wave.

Copyright claims

If you believe that any content on GTA6wave infringes your copyright or the copyright of a party you represent, please send a written claim to [email protected] that includes the following information:

• Identifying information about the claimed infringed copyrighted content, including titles, authors, dates, and any other relevant information.
• Identifying information about the claimed infringing content, including screenshots, URLs, and any other relevant information to help us locate the content and understand the situation.
• Your contact information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. If applicable, also include information about the party you represent.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the use of the claimed infringing content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your claim is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to represent the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We will promptly remove any content identified by a valid claim.

Note that submitting a false claim may have serious legal consequences. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or other applicable laws, any person who submits a false claim may be subject to legal action and held liable for damages, including but not limited to any legal fees incurred by GTA6wave.

Warranty disclaimer

GTA6wave is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high quality, but there may be inaccurate information, functional issues, performance problems, or other defects.

GTA6wave is provided on an "as available" basis. We strive for high availability, but there may be temporary downtime, content revisions, indefinite shutdown, or other disruptions.

GTA6wave may include links to third-party resources, such as websites, images, and videos. We select these links carefully, but we do not control the linked resources and are not responsible for their content, safety, or availability.

Your use of GTA6wave is exclusively at your own risk. No warranties or guarantees of any kind are made.

Liability limits

We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage that may result from the use of GTA6wave, such as data loss, financial loss, or hardware damage. This also applies to any loss or damage that may result from being unable to access GTA6wave. Our total liability is limited to $10 USD.

Dispute resolution

Our terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute between you and GTA6wave will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and will take place in the County of Los Angeles, California, or remotely, at your option. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, not through any class, collective, or other representative action.

Clause validity

If any clause of our terms of service is found to be invalid, it does not affect the remaining clauses. If we fail to enforce a clause, it does not affect our right to enforce that clause or any other clause in the future.

Updates to our terms of service

We may update our terms of service from time to time. These updates become effective immediately upon posting. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
